Position Title: Men’s & Mobilization Ministry Resident
Reports To: Pastor of Men’s Ministry
Works Closely with: Pastor Men’s Ministry & Pastor of Mobilization
Position Purpose: Grace Covenant church offers a 2-year educational, personal and ministry leadership development program designed for recent college graduates who want to explore vocational ministry and grow in ministry skills and wisdom. Residents will develop practical ministry skills, learn and grow their spiritual gifts, and initiate and practice healthy ministry habits.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work with Men’s ministry team to plan, organize and coordinate ministry events such as Men’s discipleship groups (Quest), other events, retreats, etc.
- Work with the Mobilization ministry to plan, organize and coordinate events, trips, and other mobilization initiatives.
- Work alongside Men’s ministry and Mobilization admins with details and coordinating all events and initiatives
- Recruit and develop leaders
- Manage and lead teams
- Host, teach and speak in various Men’s and Mobilization ministry settings
- Additional Duties and Responsibilities as Assigned

Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Possess a mature, growing faith as a disciple of Christ
- Articulate a call to full-time ministry
- Agree with, support, and be willing to teach the Statement of Faith and Position Papers of Grace Covenant Church
