Soul Refiner is looking for a positive, organized, and dedicated Member Care Specialist who sees this role as a ministry - not just a job.
As the first point of contact to Soul Refiner, you’ll guide our valued customers through every step, from answering questions and resolving issues to supporting them in purchasing our online subscriptions. If you’re a natural problem-solver with a heart
for service, proven experience in customer relationships, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers through our website chat, emails (via Zoho), and phone.
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Manage our online communities and approve new members.
- Manage abandoned carts and failed charges, reaching out to potential customers to encourage completion.
- Coordinate with shipping to resolve delivery issues and handle returns and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and assist with general administrative tasks such as renewing certificates and insurance policies.
Skills Needed to Win
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with the skill to handle calls and chats simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly, professional phone manner and comfort making or receiving calls, including follow-up calls for abandoned carts and failed charges.
- Strong written communication and impeccable email etiquette.
- Effective problem-solving skills and reliability in delivering resolutions.
- Tech-savviness since you’ll be navigating our online platform throughout the day.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. Your typing speed will be tested.
- Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities beyond the job description.
- Proven experience in customer service and enthusiasm to bring your expertise to Soul Refiner.

Starting Salary
$48K/year, plus performance-based bonus
